Biological Activity
Measured in a cell proliferation assay using B16-F1 cells. Recombinant Bovine Fetuin A (Cat. No. Y07511) stimulates adhesion of B16-F1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is ≤100 μg/mL. Optimal concentration depends on cell type as well as the application or research objectives.
